We Are Professional Criminal Defense Lawyers
We offer flat fee retainers, hourly rates, and mixed rates for our services. We want to make sure the fee is fair while accounting for the professional services we offer. Most clients go with the flat fee; it is set in stone, it does not change. Others need a more blended fee. We always accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as cash, check, or money order. We can take and accept payment over the phone-even late at night. All of our fees are put in writing and signed by both you and our managing partner, Joseph Patituce.
